We moved to Lunar Hollow Farm to transform our lives. We envisioned creating a life that embodied all of the permaculture principles, and that built not only our land and family, but also a community. I worked on this plan throughout the entire year of my PDC coursework.
Every class addressed the systems we were implementing, and the life we were creating. Every class brought me back to looking at our life and space as systems, and working to integrate and facilitate growth in all of those systems.
While I have been growing using permaculture methods for decades, this coursework brought all of the pieces together with mutual aid, community work, and right livelihood, to incorporate all of those elements that are important to us, and to create the life we want.
